• Usage data: product analytics and diagnostics to improve reliability and performance.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide scans, recommendations, and agent-ready prompts.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
• Send essential service emails (e.g., welcome, scan notifications when enabled).
• Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing and Subprocessors

We share data with service providers only as needed to run LaunchReady. These may include authentication (e.g., Clerk), hosting (e.g., Vercel), database infrastructure, email delivery (e.g., Resend), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), analytics (e.g., PostHog), and scanning/integration providers (e.g., GitHub).

We and our providers may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the service, and understand how the product is used.

We retain project and scan data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion by contacting support.

• Disconnect integrations in Settings to stop deeper scans.
• Manage notification preferences in Settings.
• Request account deletion by emailing support.
