1. Overview
LaunchReady provides website and code scanning tools that generate scores, recommendations, and agent-ready prompts. By accessing or using LaunchReady, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Scans and Recommendations
Scan results are best-effort and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate depending on the target site, third-party APIs, and access permissions. Recommendations and prompts are provided for informational purposes and are not professional advice.
4. GitHub and Third-Party Integrations
If you connect GitHub or other integrations, you authorize LaunchReady to access data permitted by the scopes you approve. You can disconnect integrations in Settings and revoke access from the provider at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt infrastructure, scanning systems you do not have permission to scan, or using LaunchReady for unlawful activity.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance and handled through our payment processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
7. Intellectual Property
LaunchReady and its software, branding, and website are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content. You grant LaunchReady a limited license to process your submitted URLs and connected repository data solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
LaunchReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that scans will detect all issues or that applying recommendations will produce any particular outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting updated Terms on this page.
